Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to selected areas of New South Wales and Victoria, including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Wagga Wagga, and Albury. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at hello@corronation.com.au before placing your order.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Due to the nature of corrugated iron sheets as a bulky freight item, shipping rates will vary. Please contact us at hello@corronation.com.au if you have any questions about freight costs before ordering.

Delivery times
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will contact you once your order is dispatched to confirm delivery details. As corrugated iron sheets require specialist freight handling, someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the goods. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout so our freight carrier can contact you to arrange delivery.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of payment being received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Damages in transit
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@corronation.com.au with photographs. Do not sign off on delivery as undamaged if sheets are visibly damaged upon arrival.
