Williams & Kettle's wool store has stood on the Napier waterfront for the better part of a century, its corrugated iron walls weathered to a soft, chalky grey by a century of salt air and Hawke's Bay sun. The building has survived earthquakes, industry changes, and decades of New Zealand weather, and the iron shows every year of it.
